Anne-Marie Dion Seattle Red Hawks U15 A1 Girls Head Coach

Coach Dion to return as Head Coach for the 2024-2025 Season

Anne-Marie is entering her 7th season coaching hockey in Seattle and her 2nd year coaching the Red Hawks U15 A1 team. Anne-Marie graduated from Northeastern University in 2016 where she was a member of the ACHA D1 women’s hockey team and the women’s club lacrosse team. After securing a job at Amazon and moving to Seattle, she found the Washington Wild where she would coach for the next 5 seasons. After stepping away from the game in 2021, she came back to coach the Red Hawks U15 A1 team. Anne-Marie also coaches girls lacrosse in the area, and has worked with the Queen Anne Quick Styx, Ballard HS, and coaches for CitySide Lax in the summer. She has certifications in USA hockey, US Lacrosse, Hockey Canada, and US Rowing. 

Outside of the rink, Anne-Marie still works for Amazon, and is a spin instructor at the Ballard Health Club. She lives in Ballard with her dog Callie.

The U15 A1 Seattle Red Hawks play in the girls division of the Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey League (PCAHA).  This division includes girls with the birth years 2010 & 2011 - Equivalent to USA hockey 14U Division - 2024-2025 Hockey Season
