Former Lady Admirals 16U Head Coach Ian Armstrong will be returning for the 2020-2021 Season as the Head Coach for the 17U Lady Admirals Team.

Coach Armstrong grew up playing hockey in the Seattle area.  He has coached both coed and all girls teams in Seattle and Arizona for many years.  Coach Armstrong is, also, the current General Manager for Washington Ice Skate Association (WISA).
