About the Lady Admirals Program
Seattle Junior Hockey Association is pleased to announce the return of the Lady Admirals program for the 2022-2023 season.
The return of the Lady Admirals Tier 1 full time girls teams is huge piece in making SJHA the most complete hockey associations in the state of Washington. The Lady Admirals will host teams at the 12U, 14U, 16U, and 19U Divisions. Each division will take part in the National Girls Hockey League (NGHL), as well as compete in Districts Tournament in the Pacific Districts. This season, each Lady Admirals Team team will play 10-15 NGHL games in national showcases and each team will have local league play against coed teams in Metro Hockey League. Each Lady Admirals team is guaranteed at least 80 hours of practice ice, a dedicated hockey-specific off-ice training program, and 3-5 flyaway opportunities.
With a full-service program, Seattle Junior now offers a place for players 6U to 19U to play at any level of competition. Our ability to provide all levels of hockey ensures the capability of properly placing players at appropriate levels which will strengthen our teams from top to bottom.

Jersey will be provided.
At the completion of tryouts you will be notified as to your status on the Lady Admirals teams. Should you be offered a spot, please be prepared to accept your position by way of a deposit in the amount of $350.00. Checks can be made out to Seattle Junior Hockey Association. Once this initial deposit is made a link will be sent out to create your payment plan for all remaining payments.
In the event that you are not offered a spot, you may register to tryout for one of Seattle Junior's NW Admirals AA or B teams at no additional cost. Those dates and times will be announced soon.
The National Girls Hockey League (NGHL) is pleased to announce its elite showcase schedule for the 2021- 2022 season. The Showcase series is designed to provide top competition and exposure for teams and organizations across the country. The League’s members will compete in showcases culminating with league championships in February. The events will be held at top venues and desirable scouting locations for maximum exposure to college scouts.
The league will feature 8-12 clubs in each of four divisions (12U - 19U) to participate in the Premier Red Division as well as 8-12 clubs in each of four divisions (12U- 19U) in the Elite Blue Division.
Several NGHL events take place on or near premier college campuses. The NGHL will be a draw for recruiting due to the wide demographic of participating teams in these events.
Early release of event schedules gives our coaches and players the ability to reach out to NCAA coaches to share game times.
The NGHL will set up opportunities for additional exposure through individual sign-ups for exposure camps/clinics.
Players will be selected from all ages and divisions to compete in an All-Star game at the end of the MLK weekend for the Red Division and at the end of the Championship weekend for the Blue Division. More information to follow!
