You will be very happy that we have eliminated most of the tedious paperwork! We will just require a few details about your player(s) and a deposit of $150.00 New to SJHA
You may register for the 2011/2012 season after April 18th, 2011. We require that you receive a Release from your previous Association showing that you were a Member in Good Standing in the 10/11 season. There is a $75 fundraising commitment per family for the 2011-12 Season with multiple options available to accomplish your commitment to be announced by June 15th 2011. SJHA will not be operating an auction in 2011 which we have operated annually and in the past and has come with both a team and family fundraising commitment that would cost our members as much as $142 per player. We have eliminated these financial and organizational time costs and will replace with a streamlined fundraiser with the hopes that our members can recoup the entire fundraising amount with little work. Our goal is to lower the overall cost of playing hockey and to eliminate a very time consuming and low return operation that our auction has become. Your SJHA family fundraising commitment must be completed prior to Dec 31st 2011 and then Dec 31st each year following. Recurring Payment - Click on the schedule above based on when you registered
You may choose to have your credit card automatically debited on the day of the month you choose (beginning the month following when you registered i.e. if you register in April your recurring payments will begin in May) Your recurring payment will be based on the division you select during the registration process. Our goal is to make it so that hockey is manageable for you and your family to budget.
If you do not wish to be set up a recurring payments you must note in the comments section of your registration. It will be your responsibility to ensure that your Program Fees are paid in full by February 2012 - if fees have not been paid on a regular basis during the season you may lose ice time until fees are paid in accordance with our payment schedule**
Refund Policy
USA Hockey Registration:
Each player and coach must register with USA Hockey prior to stepping on the ice in September. You can register anytime with USA Hockey online; http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/
I recommend that you do this at the same time you register your player with SJHA - please send the confirmation to me at admin@sjha.com. |
Which Division/Level do I register for?
If you are not sure which division or level your player will be in next year we recommend that you select the one that you think is most likely to occur and once the team selections have been made your recurring payment will be amended to reflect the new amount owed. (we recommend that if you feel it is a possibility that your player will play rep hockey that you begin to pay that monthly payment and if your player ends up playing “C” than the majority of your fees will be paid in full by the beginning of the season) Of course if you would like to pay the full amount up front that is an option. AA/Major/Minor will be $50 and payable along with the SJHA Registration.
