At SJHA we strongly believe we must develop the full athlete on and off the ice and quality youth and adults not just hockey players. We pride ourselves on the youth of our program and our membership as a whole and the successes they enjoy here at SJHA. After graduating from SJHA later in there hockey career and life in general we take pride in our members success and want to celebrate those achievements on and off the ice. SJHA continues to operate as a community based hockey program in which we put an emphasis on developing Tier1, Tier 2 and Recreational level players and coaches from our own development base and membership. 

At SJHA we will support and encourage our members to develop a bond with our program that creates a great community within our hockey program with many volunteer opportunities. At SJHA we want to provide a fun, safe and challenging environment for our members and youth to enjoy this great sport every year.
 
We understand at SJHA that one of our missions and responsibilities is to promote our players and sometimes give educational advice to our families regarding upper levels opportunities of hockey after youth hockey. At SJHA we will promote and include all levels of Junior, College and professional hockey within that education of our players and families. We will include those opportunities that clearly have the players best interest at heart regarding development, cost and the entire experience as a whole.  
 
SJHA is a strong community based hockey program and will continue to operate as such. SJHA will continue to strive to support and partner with other like community based hockey programs in our daily operation.
