Train to play at a higher level
Are you seeking the challenge to advance your hockey skills and execution on the ice? Do you want to reach your full potential and prepare for next season at the same time? Then the Pacific Challenge Camp is for you. Under the guidance of skilled professionals, players of all ages and skill sets can take their game to the next level and have a blast doing it!

On Ice
The Pacific Challenge consists of 10 hours of on ice instruction through small area games, skating, stick handling, shooting, passing, and competitive situations.  We select relevant themes and create effective curriculum to increase all player’s athleticism, confidence, decision making, and overall performance. Our on-ice sessions are organized to increase repetitions and puck touches that a conventional scrimmage or summer league cannot offer.

Dryland
Our dryland program will consist of 8 hours of off ice training, including 2 additional hours of classroom sessions. Dryland training will focus on increasing a player’s agility, foot speed, and explosiveness with an element of conditioning included. Classroom sessions will focus on creating connections between game situations and the game-like skills that we learn throughout the week. Players will be more agile physically and mentally than ever before!

Goalies
Along with the dryland, all goalies will receive 10 hours of on ice instruction, 5 hours of which will be dedicated to goalie specific drills with our goalie instructor. Our goalie sessions will focus on understanding save selection, RVH, VH, mapping ice, footwork, recovery concepts, skating and puck handling. Goalies will come away with a personalized understanding of their development path and the skill progressions necessary to improve during the following season.

A POSITIVE APPROACH YIELDS POSITIVE RESULTS!
