Issuing of helmets with mask, skates and/or hockey pants will be considered a full set.

Full Set $90.00	$90.00 non-refundable deposit
Partial Set $50.00	at least 3 items, $40.00 non-refundable deposit
Partial Set $30.00	at least 1 item, $30 non-refundable deposit
Goalie Equipment	Use of goalie equipment requires a $150.00 deposit. $75 is refundable
Hockey Socks	All players must purchase team socks from OVA Pro Shop

• Failure to return equipment on the posted equipment room dates by the last Thursday in April will result in the loss of your child's opportunity to use SJHA equipment.
  

• After April, the family will be billed the replacement value of the equipment and an additional $50 late fee. 

• Families failing to return gear will no longer be considered a member in good standing and will not be eligible for Early Registration or scholarships.
  
• Non-returned gear will be sent to collections for replacement value.
Equipment Returns

All SJHA equipment must be returned by the last Saturday in March during the Year End Bash Party.  This includes all goalie equipment.
Equipment will be available 1 week upon return.
Players participating in SJHA approved team tournaments may keep their gear until the tournament concludes.  SJHA must be notified in writing by March 1st if player will be using equipment beyond return deadline. This extended rental period cannot exceed 30 days.    
Players may return/exchange equipment during any scheduled equipment room hours
End of the season equipment returns will be handled at the end of the season at times posted by the Equipment Manager.
