3 on 3

3 on 3 is a small area game concept that is utilized by NHL, College and Junior and youth coaches around the world to enhance the skating, passing and shooting skills for players of all ages. This type of game provides more time on the ice and less time on the bench. All players are in more contact with other players and the puck than in a traditional full ice 5 on 5 game. This increased “traffic” and more 1on1 battling for the puck forces the player to be able to react quicker in all facets of the game and makes them better skilled hockey players. Repetition is key. The tempo and scoring is high which relates to a lot of fun and excitement. The Coaches will monitor for penalties and teach the players proper ways to compete for the puck and open space on the ice.

Combo Camp

Change to: Skating, Puck Skills, Transition, Body Position and Skill Progression.
The second 30 minutes will be small area games that put an emphasis on skating and puck skills that were taught in the first 30 minutes. The drill sets combined with the small area games create a learning situation of breaking down a skill to it’s basic components and then playing a small are game that is extremely fun but also provides high repetition of the skills learned in the first half of the session. We have found the best way for young players to learn is in game situation that reinforces specific skills sets in a competitive environment. Small Area Games provide for much more repetition and creativity than in a traditional full ice 5 on 5 game. Repetition is key and will help develop more skilled hockey players in a fun and exciting manner.

You may pay the full amount or the minimum deposit. If you pay the deposit, the remaining balance will automatically be charged on the first day of camp via the payment method you used to register for the camp.
